As Regional Captain of the Nation of Islam’s Mid-Atlantic Region, he is responsible for the development, training and mobilization of men across multiple states, preparing them to embody the principles of leadership, protection and service to the people.

A commanding presence in community advocacy and public safety, Mr. Muhammad has built a reputation for creating environments of security, structure and accountability. Through strategic community engagement, crisis intervention and leadership training, he works to strengthen neighborhoods while promoting discipline, responsibility and self-sufficiency. His experience in security operations, risk assessment, conflict resolution and de-escalation has positioned him as a trusted leader in developing safety protocols for grassroots and large-scale community initiatives.

As Vice President of Public Safety and Community Engagement for CREWS Coalition, Mr. Muhammad helps lead the organization’s efforts to prevent violence, strengthen neighborhood safety and build trust among residents, youth, families, community organizations and public-safety partners. He brings strategic direction to CREWS’ Safe Passage Program and other community-centered initiatives designed to protect young people, increase positive community presence and create safer environments. Through a structured approach to discipline, organization and self-mastery, he has mentored and cultivated hundreds of men to become capable leaders, protectors, providers and builders of their communities.
