DBH & LCHC-Supported Program
Every person deserves compassion, dignity, and access to quality care.
Who We Are
CREWS Coalition is committed to reducing the impact of opioid and substance use disorders by connecting individuals and families with life-saving resources, behavioral health services, recovery support, and comprehensive care management.
Through our partnership with the Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) and the Leadership Council for Healthy Communities (LCHC), our Outreach Specialists meet individuals where they are — in neighborhoods, apartment communities, shelters, parks, senior communities, and other trusted community locations — to provide support without judgment and connect them to the services they need.
Whether someone is struggling with substance use, transitioning back into the community, caring for an aging loved one, or simply looking for help, CREWS is here to walk alongside them.
